Where did you get your puzzle data?  Are these random numbers?  I ran 
this twice, and got puzzles #865 and #360.  In both cases, the puzzles 
are asymmetrical, and neither one can be solved.  I don't mean they are 
difficult, I mean they are impossible.  There is no analytical solution.
