I personally recommend PyGame, Python-Ogre or Pyglet as they're more for
game programming in Python than wx is. I don't mean this to discourage
you from using wxPython; I love it. But it's not really a gaming
platform...however, there are people that use it as such on this list
and I'm sure they can help you. In the meantime, check out what Python
has to offer in this area:
