Panel on top of Staticbox

Hello,

I want to place a panel on top a Staticbox that is currently placed on 
another panel (contained in a Frame).
The second panel displays properly, but underneath the Staticbox.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

P.S. I'm a wxPython newbie, so excuse me if some of my terminology is 
incorrect.
P.P.S. I'm using the latest versions of Python and wxPython. If you need 
any other information, please let me know..
