use specific ttf font under windows

Hi,

I try to understand how I can specify the font I would like to use for my
controls. I saw at http://wiki.wxpython.org/UsingFonts that I can initiate
a font from the wxFontDialog and I look at the demo to understand it. But
I would like to initiate a new font by not using the wxFontDialog.

How is it possible ? Do you have a little example ?
