I will never check, test, comment any application (user application / Python
scripts) that will be installed in the core directory of ..\PythonMN on my
platform (Assuming I have the right as administator to do it).

It seems, a few developpers have discovered the distutils module and do not 
understand its use.

Python, or may be extension modules written in C, or may be collections of
