You can get wxWebkit alpha for windows from
http://wxwebkit.wxcommunity.com/pmwiki/index.php?n=Main.Downloads

once installed you can import wx.webview
The browser window is WebView

There are alot of not implemented errors, but it works for what I need it to do.
