	I would love to have someone with knowledge on how to do this  
correctly help us here. Personally, I wouldn't know where to begin  
creating a Debian package (well, besides Googling the hell out of it).

	I'm not sure what you mean by "systemwide". The framework is a  
Python module, and goes in site-packages like any other.
