	Custom. Paul and I have the ability to mark a Subversion revision as  
stable, so that the server can update its copy of the framework  
files. When a developer's system checks for a revision, it just gets  
back the revision number that is the current updatable revision; if  
that number is greater than the version on their machine, they are  
notified and asked if they want to update. If they answer 'Yes', only  
those files that have changed are downloaded to their machine.
