Toolbook inside panel won't display

Hello,

Im trying to use the toolbook menu as demonstrated in the wxDemo, but the 
toolbook will only display if I pass my main wx.Frame to the constructor. If 
I create a panel somewhere in my frame, and try to display the toolbook 
inside this panel, the panel will just turn up blank.

I find it strange that a frame is needed, since the toolbook is closely 
related to the notebook class and this works just fine inside a panel 
somewhere in the frame.

Any suggestions?
