Toolbook tabs go off the screen

Firstly because it's not quite so obvious to look at the title of the screen 
when the interface buttons are lower, and secondly because the application is 
designed to be maximized in windows so there is no title bar.

Another alternative would be to change the image selected in the listbook but 
i want to use this technique for flashing one of them for a different feature 
really.
