Bug in TreeCtrl.GetFirstVisibleItem?

Hi Robin et al,

On Linux (wxPython 2.8.6.1/Python 2.5.1) and Mac (wxPython
2.8.4.0/Python 2.5), attached program says that the hidden(!) root
item in the tree control is the first visible item. I would expect the
first child of the hidden root item to be the first visible item.

On Windows (wxPython 2.8.4.1/Python 2.5) it works as expected.
