I don't need Unicode (app is using ISO8859-1 which is sufficient to 
support (English, French and German), also I plan to upgrade to Unicode 
but I would like to upgrade first to 2.8 without having to worry about 
Unicode.

So, maybe have the Unicode version as the default and people like me 
have to go to a different page to find the ANSI version?
