pythoncard

Hi. I am working with wxpython and have installed pythoncard, but i dont
know how to launch it .I can enter the codeEditor directory and do python
codeEditor.py, but how do you launch the whole pythoncard?In order to write
app, codeEditor would be enough, but I would also like to use the debugger
