RHLE does not equal to any Linux system.
Use a tried and proven end user friendly distribution like Ubuntu or Kubuntu
with a tried and proven software distribution system like apt - and you won't
have any trouble at all installing / removing software from your system.
We have been running Kubuntu in our medical clinic for the past 2 years, and
it has been an entirely trouble free experience all the time despite
installing and trying out lots of software on our 14 systems (7 desktops +
database servers, application servers, web servers).
