Expanding dialog only horizontal

Hello,

I define a frame with sizers that only expand horizontal, but the dialog also expand vertical 
leaving a blank space under the widgets.

How can make a dialog that only expand horizontal?

Is the unique method bind EVT_SIZE and resize the dialog in code when the user try to expand vertical?
