Probably not :-(, because....

I haven't used UpdateUI with menu items, and, in fact, menu items are 
weird, so it may be that you just have to use them. Darn.

Does someone have a small UpdateUI + menus example that we could play with?

I now know thing of XRC Files, so I'm useless there.

So I'm pretty useless -- anyone else up for the challenge?
