[wxPython-users] Plot, plotting outside y-range ?

Hey, I just noticed that a patch related to Stef's issue was posted on
the Tracker as Request ID# 1482187 "wx.lib.plot -- Honor
SetShowScrollbars", but it appears that it was not implemented.  Any
reasons why?  I applied the patch to my local plot.py (although the
line numbers in the posted diff are slightly outdated), and the idea
works!  It gets rid of the flickering scrollbars when the window is
resized, without any problems.

Should I submit an updated patch?

Thoughts?
