PIL Image effects

Hi guys,
    I would ask you if someone know same library for apply various 
effect to images.
Default PIL use *BLUR*, *CONTOUR*, *DETAIL*, *EDGE_ENHANCE*, 
*EDGE_ENHANCE_MORE*, *EMBOSS*, *FIND_EDGES*, * SMOOTH*, *SMOOTH_MORE*, 
and *SHARPEN, *but I find other effect.

Any idea??
