Localizing the DatePickerCtrl

[Ed Leafe]

	I'm using a wx.DatePickerCtrl in an app that requires localization,  
but I'm not able to figure out how to a) get the date to appear in  
the local format and b) when showing the calendar, have the month  
names localized. I've googled just about every combination I can  
think of without success.

	Does anyone have any experience with this, or can point me to a link  
that shows how to do this?
