LOL, it's reversed.
Hebrew is right-to-left and in your screenshot a word like "what" looks like
"tahw".
Not really a big issue, it isn't really a unicode problem.
Are you using the unicode build of wxPython?

IMO support for unicode project names isn't so important. Giving non english
names to projects is very rare. The current realese has more than enough
support for it :-)
