Trojan disseminated on list?

I am getting alerts from my antivirus software, telling me I am receiving
the Trojan win32\stration|ZIP|generic in entries on this list. For instance,
in today's mail it alerted me to message 56682.

I will keep posting the message numbers until we find out if this is a real
problem or just weird code inclusions.
