wxPython and Python Shell

Hi everybody,
I am writing a simple GUI (main windows + custom frames which are
instantiated based on buttons clicks). The program is working quite
well except one problem with Python Shell. I usually run the program
by pressing F5. After it starts, I can't access the python shell for
which the program is running. It simply hangs. any click or attempt to
move the python shell window yields a run-time error and the whole
application crashes. I don't know whether this is a bug or I am doing
something stupid inside my program. But I tried to run it as a
standalone from the command-line and it works fine without any
problems. It didn't occur when I was working with simpler programs.
