wxPython 2.7.2 needs wxGTK 2.7.2 -- you can't use wxGTK 2.6.1 instead.

As 2.7.2 is bleeding edge, you're going to need to built it yourself.

It may be easiest to built it with the src.rpm though -- that's worked 
well in the past.
