Upside down Notebook tabs control on Linux

Has anyone else noticed that Notebooks with style wx.NB_BOTTOM draw their
tabs upside down on Linux?  For example, when I run XRCed, the Properties
tab is drawn as if it were attached to the top of the Notebook, although it
is positioned correctly at the bottom of the Notebook.  The same code looks
fine on Windows XP.  I am running Kubuntu 6.10, Python 2.4.3, wxPython
2.7.2, and XRCed 0.1.7-5.
