If you have to use .SetPage(text) you should be able to write that
text to a file then use LoadPage
eg.
f = open(os.cwd() + '/tmp.html', "w")
f.write(text)
f.close()
htmlwnd.LoadPage(os.cwd() + '/tmp.html#line_X')
