2.8.6.1 preview BitmapButton Bug

Hello,

Trying to change the bitmap of a BitmapButton after its been created  
with SetBitmapLabel, doesn't work on wxMac if the button was created  
using NO_BORDER style (2.8.6.0 / 2.8.6.1 preview), it works fine when  
the button has a border. On 2.8.3.0 this works properly there so  
something must have changed in between. I also tested on GTK/MSW and  
it works fine there on 2.8.3 - 2.8.6.1 preview.

Attached is a small test program that can be used to test this.
