Actually, there are reasons to keep them separated BUT only for the library
(to facilitate easy security/bugfixes updates on sane systems like Linux).
But, IMHO, The Demo should always come bundled with the latest and greatest
wxpython distribution. Almost nobody updates The Demo without updating the
library.
