[wxPython-dev] Demo and multiversion installs

Laziness mostly.  ;-)

During development wxPython isn't installed, so the wxversion lines 
would have to be commented out, then I would have to remember to 
uncomment them when doing releases.  However I guess I could find a way 
to automate that, I've automated most of the build process already...
