well, sure -- would anyone put a maximize button on a tool palette? A
haven't messed with wxAUI yet, but you must be able to create a window
that doesn't maximize.

Does it make sense in any context? Maybe that "docking" should be
optional everywhere.
Oh well, if Mac use continues to grow, maybe we'll get more developers
helping keep wx up to par on OS-X. Of course, I'd like to see core
things like the toolbar bugs fixed before this stuff anyway.
