You can make a patch from you SVN.  Or just tell me the rev numbers I 
should use to get the change.  For example, I just did this:

svn diff -r 25:26 floatcanvas/FloatCanvas.py | (cd 
/projects/wx2.8/wxPython/wx/lib/; patch -p0)
