Q: STC in the next release ?

Hi,

Is there any chance we will see an updated version of STC in the next
wxPython release ? 1.73 of higher.

The Scintilla home pages says:
Version 1.73 allows style changes to be made during text modification events.

I guess, this has an impact on the OnChange, ... events. This feature seems to
be very interesting for those who implement their own styling. If I understand
correctly, a lot of work could be done at this level, instead of spreading the 
different tasks in OnKeyUp/Down, OnChar or even in cut/copy/past jobs.

I'm not in hurry, just asking.
