Changes to the pySketch sample

Hey there,
I've submitted a patch with changes to the pySketch sample. Robin
accepted these. Then I updated the patch, and I think Robin accepted
those too. But despite promises to the contrary, I've gone and made
further changes to it.

The questions I have are:
1) should I just keep on re-opening the existing patch issue and
attaching a new patch?
2) should I open a new separate patch issue?
3) should I stop with the daily patches already and just hold off till
closer to the next wxPython release?
4) which version of the source should I diff against for subsequent
patches? Latest CVS so the newest patch covers all changes to cvs, or
my patched source, so that each patch needs to be applied in turn.
