Don't build the OGL wrappers anymore.  We have a pure Python alternative 
now, (in wx.lib.ogl) and there hasn't been any maintenance of the C++ 
OGL and Python wrappers for a long time.  I'm not sure why I haven't yet 
just removed it entirely...
