Panther-compatible Universal builds - take 1

Hi all,

While trying to resolve some issues with building wxWebKit against  
universal wxPython, I came up with a trick that I thought might work  
for wxPython, and after a few false starts, it seems to have  
worked. ;-) I've created a universal 2.8.4.0 installer that should  
(and does, in my testing) work equally well on intel or PPC macs. You  
can get it from here:

Sorry that it's got the same name, but you can tell if you've got the  
new one by running it on PPC. ;-) I can produce a release using a  
different name, but it would take a while, so I thought I'd do it if  
someone wants it. In the meantime, those who are interested, please  
play with this and let me know if it works for you!
