Ok, got it:

1) Window Layout => Sizers => Grid with Alignment => "Try it!"
2) Close this Sizer demo;
3) Click on the AUIDockingWindowMgr demo in "Recent additions/updates"
4) Click on the "Show the wx.aui demo frame"
5) wxPython demo crashes

No idea about this one...
