I highly doubt that it is simply a configuration problem and I don't 
have time currently to chase down bugs in Mailman.  However if you guys 
want to do the legwork to track this down with the mailman development 
team and/or the mailman source code then I will install a new package or 
apply a patch.  We are currently using Mailman 2.1.5, from the default 
packages available for Ubuntu 6.06.
