CHM Help from HEAD

I was looking for the "old style" doc because some items are missing in the
Doxygen one (eg : wxITEM_DROPDOWN for wxToolBar).
Anyway, the whole Doxygen work is great and I will use it for now.

wxWidgets has switched to using Doxygen to publish the manual.
Instructions for building the manual can be found in the same place as
before:
http://svn.wxwidgets.org/svn/wx/wxWidgets/trunk/docs/tech/tn0003.txt

Install Doxygen (v1.5.5 preferably), and run:
wxWidgets/docs/doxygen/regen.[sh|bat]

The resulting manual should be in:
wxWidgets/docs/doxygen/out/html/wx.chm
