[wxMSW 2.8.7] wxGraphicsContext sample and problem during create

Hi Stefan,

but it only uses wxGCDC (at least for wxMSW 2.8.7). I wanted to use  
wxGraphicsContext directly, that's the reason why I ported the sample  
from Robin Dunn.
