"Snapping" window dragging to a grid

Howdy
  I'm trying to figure out how to best implement this.  We want the various 
windows of our app to 'snap' to the edges of the monitor when dragged, and also 
  to the other windows of our app.  (to see this in action, look at the way the 
Trillian IM app works when dragging the main window, or message windows).

  Anyone ever implemented this in wx before?
