Detailed Guide to set up MSYS, MinGW, Eclipse CDT and wxWidgets on Windows

Hi everyone!

I just finished the first draft of my wxWiki-Entry, feel free to try 
this out. I am definitely happy for any feedback on how to improve that, 
and of course also if it works.

MinGW/MSYS releases are now 1 higher than those that I used, but this 
should still work the same.
