Do you intend to release the source code of your application as well? 

As it happens, at this moment I am writing a topical review paper for J. Phys. 
D: Applied Physics about plasma simulation platforms. As part of that effort, 
I am investigating what codes could be of interest in the context of such 
platform. Iin particular, plasma wall interaction is regularly done using 
molecular dynamics techniques nowadays: such models are then typically 
coupled to an external model for the plasma interior.
