backtick ` in filename for wxFFile on WinXP

I can now open the backtick file,
when I not use wxString, but only a wxChar* string literal constant.
So it seems not like a problem of wxFFile but of wxString.

Is there a problem in wxString concerning backtick when using Unicode?
