  Well, I don't know Perl or Python and I haven't heard about SWIG,
this is why I haven't tried this program myself. I found it looking
for numerical procedures and only read its PDF description, found here:

It just looked worthwhile to me, so I annouced it for those who might
make better use of it than I. Sorry for the lack of details.
