wxMSW: wxEncodingConverter::Init() fails

Hi!

wxEncodingConverter::Init(wxFONTENCODING_UTF8, wxFONTENCODING_UNICODE)
returns false on my WinXP machine. I'm running the Unicode build of wxW
(_UNICODE, UNICODE and wxUSE_UNICODE set) and while singlestepping the
code, it seems that src\common\encconv.cpp::GetEncTable() doesn't find the
codepage for wxFONTENCODING_UTF8.

A glance at "Control Panel/Regional and Language Options/Advanced/Code page
conversion tables" reveals, that the "65001 (UTF-8)"-checkmark is set.

What am I doing wrong?
