 If you mean 2.8.8 then we may release it relatively soon but it won't be
very exciting as it will contain "just" the bug fixes. If you mean the 3.0
release, then we don't have time for it yet. We hope to make 2.9.0 as soon
as I manage to update the docs however.

 BTW, you should really let us know about your problems with building the
trunk as if you don't report them, we can't fix them.
