Bakefile wx template broken for win32?

It's best if you submit them as a patch on http://bugs.webkit.org.  
This way I can do the review and get them landed. (Otherwise, if I  
submit them, I need to find a reviewer. :D) It would be good to do an  
`svn update` to update to latest sources, but I don't think you need  
to do a clean checkout just for this.
