"Cannot load the project due to a corrupt project file" VS2005 open ce project.

Hello.

I'm trying to build the wxWidget for WinCE.
I follow the instructions, download  and unzip WxMSW-2.8.5.,launch
VS2005 , open the build\wince\wx.vcw.
After I answer "Yes" to the converting dialog, an error dialog shows
up: "Cannot load the project due to a corrupt project file".

Did I do anything wrong ?
