EVT_MOUSE_UP is not fired when mose is dragged on to some other control

Hi every one,

I have a problem using mouse up event, I have few controls on my dialog box,
i have linked the mouseup event to my panel control, if i drag the mouse on
the panel itself it works, but if i drag the mouse from the panel to a
control and release the mouse this event is not fired. what is the problem
here??...
