Odbc library

Currently using wxWidgets 2.8.4 and all libs are built as debug/release dlls'.
the wxbase28?_odbc.lib is not created, however the dll is created. The dbgrid 
lib/dll requires the odbc lib. I have inspected the properties of odbc and otherdll 
builds, all seem to be ok. How do I get the odbc lib to use the implib and create 
a input library for the odbc.li?


M$ XP/sp2 using MSDEV 2005 Standard.
