[2.9] odbc part deleted

My build was in Unicode [MSW only] last week.
Maybe I did some ugly coding but it was working for MS SQL fine.
For the conversion I used my own function.
If this is all work to do I will try to figure out a more common solution
inside the wxODBC.
Where do I find the description of the other bugs?
I am not sure to handle all the complete maintenance.
